Making a group request for more than 20 people
1. Select the amount of people in your group as 20 or more.
2. Fill in the group details form displayed. We can only process requests for our 'top cities' where we work with hostels that have the facilities to take large groups. Unfortunately we will not be able to send your request to cities not listed in this form.
3. You will be shown the hostels in your chosen city that are suitable for your group. Click on 'make request' to read all about this hostel.
4. If you would like to make a request for this hostel click the 'send request' button and all your details will be sent to the hostel and they will contact you within 24 hours with an offer for your group. You will have direct contact with the hostel and the booking will not be processed through HostelGroupBookings.com.
5. If there is more than one hostel accepting groups of larger than 20 people in your chosen city you can continue to make requests for the other hostels.
