7 Easy Steps to Making a confirmed Group Booking for up to 20 people.
1. Select the amount of people in your group.
2. Fill in the Group Details form displayed.
3. You will be shown all hostels with availability for your group for the dates selected. You can view their microsites for full information on each hostel by clicking on 'more info'. The hostel description, photos, map and directions, hostel rating, facilities will be shown.
4. On each microsite you will see a list of the rooms with availability for each night you are staying. Groups of less than 10 people select rooms in a different way than groups of 10 to 20 people:

• You will be shown a list of the available room types along with the available dates and the price per person per night for each room type:
• To book your bed in the chosen room just select the room type you wish to book and the number of beds in this room that you wish to book. You can see from the example below that the 6 bed mixed dorm is chosen and 3 beds in this dorm are being booked:
• Click 'Book Now' to book your beds!
Selecting rooms for 10 to 20 people
• You will be shown the available rooms for your group in the availability table on the right hand side of the page. This table will show the room size, number of these rooms available, the price per room and the number of guests selected by you for each room. For Example the availability table for a group of 14 people would look like this:
• Groups of 10 to 20 people must book and pay for the whole room. It is not possible to only book a few beds in each dorm.
• If the number of people in your group changes from your original request please fill in the form again with the correct number of people in your group.
• Click 'Book Now' to book the rooms you have chosen.
5. You are brought to the page where you will see all details of your booking including dates booked, room details, cost per bed per night, the amount of persons booked and the total cost of the booking.
A 10% deposit/downpayment is needed to confirm your booking. The balance is then due to the hostel. Please read the terms and conditions to see when the balance is due to the hostel. For bookings of less than 10 people balance is always due on arrival at the hostel.
Enter your credit card details to confirm your booking. When your personal details and payment details are entered click 'confirm' and your booking is confirmed instantly. Don't click the 'back' button. Wait until your booking is processed which will take no longer than 1 minute. All details of your booking are now shown to you and stored in your online account which you can access at any time. Your booking confirmation is also e-mailed to your e-mail account.
6. Print out your confirmation and bring this with you to the hostel. Contact details for the hostel are provided on your confirmation and all contact and queries from this point are made directly to the hostel.
