We specialise in knowing what type of accommodation you, the group needs, whilst giving you the opportunity to make a confirmed reservations for your chosen accommodation online.

What we offer the traveller?

Our technology offers groups the guarantee of an immediate confirmed booking by paying a 10% deposit with their credit card. The transaction is processed online using our secure automated credit card processing service. The group leader gets a printable confirmation online which they bring with them to the hostel. The remaining 90% of the booking value is payable by the group leader on arrival at the hostel. If there are more than 20 people in your group we give you the opportunity to contact our recommended hostels directly and avail of their special group deals and rates. Most importantly we take the stress out of making reservations for groups by giving you a fast and easy way to confirm your booking, allowing you to look forward to your trip.

How the booking process works

You first need to choose the number of people in your group, the destination and your dates in our search panel. You will then see all the hostels which are available for those dates in that particular city. Once you have selected a hostel, you need to choose your room type and the number of persons you wish to book for. At this stage you will have reached the booking page where you are asked for your credit or debit card details. These are required to pay a 10% deposit online to secure your reservation. If there are more than 20 people in your group you can send your group details to our recommended hostels and they will contact you with their offer. There will be no online confirmed booking for groups larger than 20 people as the hostel will confirm your reservation directly with you.

For bookings of less than 20 people you will also be charged a fee of US$2 to cover the services and tax charges. A 10% deposit is paid by credit card at the time of booking and the 90% balance due to the hostel is paid in accordance with their payment conditions which can be seen before a booking is made. Some hostels request payment on arrival for group bookings however some may request payment in advance of arrival. The balance due on all bookings for less than 10 people is paid on arrival. You will receive an on-screen confirmation of your reservation which you should print and bring to the hostel. The 90% balance due will be clearly displayed on your booking confirmation. This confirmation will also be e-mailed to you if you provide a valid e-mail address when completing your personal details.

Once you click the "Confirm" button it should only take up to 1 minute to receive confirmation of your booking on screen. Do not click the confirm button more than once or you will be charged more than once. Please note that due to the nature of the internet and individual e-mail servers that sometimes confirmation e-mails will not be received.
